If i would have stuck with Plan A, and simply dismissed my passion for making pizza as nothing more than a hobby, right now you’d be reading about a very hard-working and successful —but extremely unfulfilled— accountant.
Fortunately, for me—and everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting me and eating my pies—I walked away from that path and followed my heart to the kitchen. I grew up in Rome and, after studying accounting and earning his MBA, I said goodbye to number punching and hello to Neapolitan pizza.
I have two other passions. My son Shane and Surfing. Both are Freedom.
